“A wonderful hotel, super complete, very careful in all its details. Spacious and beautiful places on the ground floor, super complete restaurant with excellent service. Super and wonderfully complete breakfast with many delicious things, all very fresh and cared for. Super clean rooms (in general), cleaning service every morning, change of towels/nes and change of garbage bag, excellent cleaning staff. It has a safe and a cold bar. Heated pool that is enabled from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Camera system throughout the hotel. It does not have a ramp, nor access for wheelchairs, strollers or suitcases (taking into account that many older people arrive there). The bathrooms are super (it has hot water and although it leaks a little water through the shower screen, they leave you a towel ready there). Super recommended!! We had a great time with my daughter. I felt very calm and safe!”

“Great service and restaurant. The location is ok if you’re not planning to go out much, nothing to do close by. We got a really nice suggestion from the concierge and made an incredible trip up to Jujuy and back for the day at our own vehicle. No jacuzzi, outside pool and no heated, so only spa, riding horses or walking around… not many activities. Just for relaxation. Breakfast was good with quality homemade pastries. Restaurant was very good on evenings.”

“This is hands down one of the best overall hotels I’ve ever stayed in across 30+ countries. This perfectly placed boutique hotel has incredibly helpful and kind staff at both the front desk and the restaurant. They helped us book a tango show, gave us a list of recommendations, helped us arrange transportation, and more and were very responsive via WhatsApp. The breakfast each day was incredible, and so were the two dinners we had there. When we ordered mate, the restaurant manager Robert offered to sit with us and explain the history behind mate and it felt like he was our friend within minutes of him joining us. Even as we were checking out, we saw the connection the staff made with other guests and we were literally hugging them goodbye! Whenever I’m in Buenos Aires, I’ll be staying here!”

“A wonderful place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires, especially if you want to explore Tigre and the north of the city. Hotel Del Castro is located in the old part of San Isidro. It has a stunning courtyard and dipping pool, where you can relax, work or have coffee or meals. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and refined furnishings. “Very bad experience...since it is next to a restobar with a show and a bowling alley that operates every day. Making it impossible to sleep because of the loud music. IT LOOKS like you have the bowling alley in your room. I booked for 7 nights and on the 3rd I had to leave because I couldn't sleep. They didn't give me my money back.”

“This is an extraordinary place. The view is unbeatable, the service is impeccable, and the location is fairy-tale-esque. There's nowhere better to stay to truly take in the wonderful, isolated, Patagonian atmosphere around Bariloche. A few things since English information online can be a bit sparse: * Boat arrival. The hotel offers a ~30min free boat shuttle Sun, Tue and Thur. It's unclear how to arrange a private transfer, but they can help you if you contact them by email or Whatsapp. We just booked our days there around this and stayed at a hotel close to the port they use (at Hotel Tunquelen). * Full board is included! * There are guides on the premises that will take you for day activities, e.g. exploring the marvellous natural park, kayaking, etc. * The food is incredibly good. We were shocked. * If you have any questions, just Whatsapp them on the number on their website—they'll answer everything promptly! It completely baffles me that Llao Llao hotel is completely full, yet this hotel wasn't filled to the brim... This is a completely undiscovered gem.”

“This hotel is definitely not boutique. The aesthetics of the hotel were clean and modern, but that's where it ends. We stayed 5 nights. The bed sheets were not changed once, no mattress protectors so lumpy bed, and the doona was dirty and stained. The towels are old, thin and grey. Thin walls - you can hear everything! Nothing in the rooms (except water) was replenished, e.g. toiletries, tea bags. The toiletries were very basic for a "boutique" hotel. No milk for the coffee station. No milk for the downstairs coffee station and cheap coffee pods for the machine. I booked an upgraded room which was to include a welcome drink and a spa voucher. The welcome drink was not clear (house wine at the attached café I think) and the spa voucher is just access to their sauna which is offered to everyone! The pool was cloudy and green-ish. Not tempting at all. Now for the included breakfast! What a disaster. Limited sad options, e.g. a one-egg scramble with a basic salad of lettuce and tomato or a yogurt and granola bowl with no granola (they had run out!) and bruised fruit. The other offerings you served yourself with signs everywhere to only take one item! Never any plates or cutlery available. Make your own toast (no butter) and urn coffee/tea. Machine coffee extra charge. We often waited a ridiculous amount of time to be served (30 mins wasn't unusual). Poor borderline rude service from some of the staff. Please note, I would've mentioned some of these issues at check out, but the reception staff member didn't even ask us how our stay was, nor did she even say ciao. So disappointing. Palermo Soho is a great location (easy to use public transport to get into the city for sightseeing) but I recommend trying a different hotel. This is an example of a hotel that the owner clearly hasn't stayed at.”
