“A beautiful hotel - and you can realize this from the moment you set foot on the property. From the warm and welcoming reception team, to the wonderful f&b team - and the unseen house keeping team as doing a wonderful job. We stayed here for 5 days and we were recognized by name the each time we moved in and out. Well done Ms Winda from reception. The breakfast was brilliant - large variety of items and well very quickly refilled - even the deluxe resorts take time, but this team was just too quick. By the time you ordered eggs, picked some other items - your order would already reach your table, well done Mr Sandi & the team. The swimming pool is very long and the perfect depth through out making is very useful and less water consuming. They have some brilliant under water speaker technology which was the first for me to hear and experience 🏆 The location is very central surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, massage parlors etc. The roof top of the hotel was wow, they screened a movie every evening - regardless of the number of attendees. The roof top bar / sun beds with own water plunge, the spa - everything was so well organized and beautifully made, run and maintained. Overall a complete 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Diamond in the rough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Gino Feruci Cianjur. Sitting next to the pool you could mistake the hotel for being in some tropical destination like Bali! This relatively new hotel is centrally located in West Java with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Only downside was WiFi not able to connect in the room. Thank you Gino Feruci.”

“Location is just minutes away from the ferry terminal. And the beach is within walking distance where kids can go build their sand castle and walk back to the hotel room to. change or shower if they need. Service Is good as the receptionist can speak English thus no language barrier. However the room sound proofing is bad as you can hear kids running and shouting outside along the corridor and lift lobby from the room even before 7am and disturbing my sleep.”

“They have the best view, either from the room or from the pool. But, the bathroom, we can't locked it - that's the one of the minus from me. They also didn't have any bathroom mat in our room when stayed in this hotel. Other than that, it's okay. Love the interior design!”

Great design for the room in interior and exterior placed in individual building, that makes us feel private. There's a game room and a beach sand playground that suitable for the kids. ““A 4-star hotel? What??????????? 😨” I just don't understand it. Initially, the lobby is too small and the reception service is poor. I was given a room on the 16th floor, which is right below the rooftop bar. It's annoying because the room is not soundproof, so I was disturbed all night by the noise. The bedding in the room is very dirty. The bathroom is covered in grime with and the water is discolored (yellowish). The color of the bed sheets and pillowcases is so dirty. I requested housekeeping to change them, but the replacement sheets were still dirty. Don't even ask about the towels; they are equally dirty. It's hard to believe that it's a new towels or sheets. The elevator has issues, and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get down to the lobby. TWENTY MINUTES for an elevator. The building management is crazy. The breakfast is not good at all. Even the omelette is too salty. And also there is no gym. So, I ask again, how did this hotel manage to get a 4-star rating? I don't recommend this hotel at all.”

“Amazing service and great location if you want something more relaxed and quiet. The staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help with any issues and ensure you’re having the best experience possible on Gili T. Great spot to watch the sunset. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it and party, you will need to hire a bicycle or horse to get to the other side (bars seem to be around the harbour, on the opposite side to the resort). Rooms are clean and bed is super comfortable. Had some of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time! Air con is great too. Bathroom is outdoors which feels fitting for a tropical resort. There isn’t much hot water but when it’s so hot outside, it didn’t bother us much. My only negative is the rooms have touch screen buttons. Would prefer these to be real buttons to control blinds and lights etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Gili T again. The staff made our experience 10/10.”

“Staff are warm and friendly. But the facilities are absolutely horrific- the lifts in particular. There are three lifts - 1 goes to odd floors, 1 goes to even floors and 1 service lift. I stayed on level 20 and the even floor lift was under maintenance and could not be used for the entire 6 weeks I was here. 33 floors with only one lift working most of the time. It was an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend this place and I will never come back here again. Please, fix your lifts.”

“because I was tired after a trip out of town, I stayed in transit at this hotel and it really made my mood not good. The parking lot is very dark, there is no lift access to the lobby on each parking floor, access to the lobby lift requires going up and down stairs where at that time I was carrying quite a lot of stuff. the elevator is not running normally. the elevator button is hard to press. the room was quite stuffy, the AC only produced air but it wasn't too cold. the towels smell musty. the breakfast menu is not very tasty in my opinion. cutlery is not refilled when it is not there. The inside of the restaurant is very hot, no AC is provided. My conclusion is that I am not comfortable with this hotel even though it is in the city center. I will not stay here again.”

“what's good about this hotel: - location (can go thru bukit pelangi Sentul of there is checkpoint on the main road of Puncak) - price is cheap - suite room is huge with very nice view of mount geulis - Pool is quite clean not Good : - management not good. our room was not ready until 5 pm because some sortbof filming team still use our room. this is not our problem you should have known how to manage this kind of situation - POOL IS DANGEROUS FOR KIDS. my kids feet and hands are hurt after playing in the pool. not just one or two wounds, BUT MANY WOUNDS PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS”

The private beach is beautiful and refreshing as expected. There's a minimum charge of Rp 250.000/person for lunch or dinner. Food, ambiance, hospitality are all excellent. There are 2 packages for staying at the resort. They all include airport pickup, the cheaper package only serve breakfast. The more expensive one includes 3 meals a day. Rate may change accordingly.”
