“Average hotel, rooms were clean and newly updated. Bed average, pillows average. Breakfast was available with a few selections to choose from. Lots of places to sit either during breakfast or with friends to play cards and talk. This hotel is right next to a major highway that has a lot of 18-wheeler diesel truck traffic and for some reason the big trucks use their Jake-break all the time so the noise barrles through the closed windows all night long. That kept me awake on and off all night. Please note there are very limited choices to explore, eat, or walk on even surfaces once you leave the property. There is a Chili's restaurant across the highway several blocks away. There is a major mall that is several blocks walk with another Chili's restaurant, and Starbucks inside alongside lots of shopping opportunities. This hotel was booked by our tour company we used as part of our Copper Canyon trip. We had 200% issues with our tour company but this hotel was okay. There are the standard big hotels close to the mall and business area about a mile or so down the freeway; Hilton and lots of other better more beautiful and quieter options but i an not sure about the prices since this was party of the tour. What would I do different? Definitely not used the your company i found on Facebook. Just booked our tours on my own including the hotels. Would have been a much better experience and higher grade hotels.”

“The hotel was immaculate and had everything I could possibly need on hand (chilled bottled water, apples for snacking, a cafe, and a superb brunch). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our fabulous trio of supportive staff included: Arturo, Gonzalo, and Roberto. This hotel was positioned in the perfect spot and was within walking distance of all the major historical areas I wanted to see - and there is a LOT to see. Stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.”

“Bit noisy as room was at 1st floor by the pool, lot of people so wasn’t quite time for us. The Taxi / shuttle service was right on time to take us to the airport for our early flight, the room was clean and well maintained, a/c worked perfectly. “Fantastic boutique hotel perfectly located in the stylish Roma Norte. First class service and high tech rooms with great views onto the street. Included breakfast is okay, nothing special. Service is top class and you feel like you are staying in a very special hotel. Complimentary cocktail was a nice touch. Lights set up in rooms is a bit different to understand but very innovative. Probably the best room service food I have ever had. Chicken slider and fries were absolutely delicious. Hotel is not cheap but if I could afford I would definitely stay here again.”

“I recently stayed hear with a group, and this hotel is absolutely gross. I would never stay here ever again. The rooms are disgusting, the water pressure is terrible and a shower took me over an hour to wash my hair. Two of our rooms had dead cockroaches, another ended up with a very large live lizard in it(because they don’t seal their windows or doors) and another with large, biting red ants that had to be killed. The floors are also just unbearably disgusting to a point where I never took my shoes off and I was extremely afraid that the rooms have bedbugs. One day while lying out by the pool, I watched the staff quickly remove two beds from a room across from the adult pool, so I am fairly certain this hotel has bedbugs. In addition, one of the travelers in our group couldn’t even get body wash from the staff, and she was told that you could only get body wash if you booked a certain level of room. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my entire life. In addition to that, she booked a room through the group that we traveled with, but upon check in, that room had a cockroach in it so she had to be moved to another room of a lower quality. As such, she certainly should’ve received body wash as it was in the first room. However, the location is great and I think that’s why people stay here, but I did a quick Google search and found many other local hotels without these issues. I would beware of this hotel, and not stay here.”

“This place seems nice until you don’t want to buy a time share from them. They turn on you and start treating you very nasty. Their attitudes towards you change completely. One man suggested people would lose their job if we didn’t purchase a time share. They do not take no for an answer either. I tried multiple times to decline their offer and they just kept coming back with more and more and laughing when they lowered it and saying how can we not afford that? And the answer was I did not want to purchase anything from people who could be so rude. so even if the offer was $1, It would be a no. Other flaws are the insane amount of flies in the food area, you get attacked when eating and it’s very far from the airport/downtown area so very secluded.”
