Dear management, please fix the air conditioner problem so your employees don't have to spend so much time apologizing. It's been at least 23 degrees in our room for three days. We have already switched rooms. We have overheard others asking the desk how to cool the rooms down. Beds are comfy, and the shower has good temperature and pressure. Employees are friendly. Wi-Fi is fast. It's just hot in the rooms . We will book a different hotel next time in Auckland.”

“My partner and I had properly bought camp items (tent) to first time experience a great get away, and the experience here was amazing; affordable to have a powered camp site, beautiful shops near by, healthy activities occurring at the beach near by (many locations to swim as there is sand and rock formation). Beautiful to drive further within Auckland from this location- you’d be impressed. HIGHLY recommend and it’s suitable for all campers.”

“Booked one night for my husband and son. Decided on a two bedroom so my son had his own bed. Had a call from the owner complaining and demanding an explanation why more than them had stayed in the room. I assured him that only my husband and son stayed in the room. He insisted my husband ring him to explain why all the beds had been used and who else had stayed there. Turns out the rooms are freezing and my husband used the blankets on the bed to keep my son warm. No other people were in the property. Not great service to be accused of something and innocently just trying to stay warm on a winters night.”

“We just stayed at Greenlane Suites for three weeks. The disabled access room suited our needs perfectly. Parking was provided right outside our room which was greatly appreciated. All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay extra comfortable. The building was surprisingly quiet on a busy road. It is an easy walk to the Greenlane Countdown supermarket, lovely cafes and a bus stop nearby. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast every day. There are a variety of cooked breakfast items as well on-site. The only negative aspect is the rubbish on the neighbour's yard. Greenlane Suites have put in new plants to improve the exterior. I would be happy to recommend this motel to others who are looking for a quiet, clean place away from the hustle of the city.”
