“Some of the saunas were not working. They ran out of towels for the sauna. You got to wait quiet a while in the restaurant to get a drink. At the point that we were going to the bar, ordering and taking it to the table. Feels like the staff are also in vacation.”

“I have never been this excited to write a 5 star review!!! The restaurant food, especially the mushroom soup & mushroom pasta, were PHENOMENAL. The mushroom pasta was one of the best pastas that I have ever tasted in my life, and I am from America. Breakfast in bed was insane, they wheeled in a cart with two shelves filled with food. The pool was empty and warm, so was the jacuzzi. (Unfortunately hot tub was not open). The sauna was amazing, Greek style, several saunas with several options for humidity, temperatures reaching 40-100 Celsius, salt rooms, ice fountain. Everything was amazing!! I have been to many hotels and this one I will highly recommend to anyone driving south around Warsaw.”

“I highly recommend this hotel. We kindly received a free upgrade to the apartment room, and it was really spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were friendly and competent. The hotel itself is located near the centre of Stettin, which is very convenient. In addition, the breakfast (although a bit expensive) is excellent with lots of options to choose from. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks! :)”

“Lovely hotel, full of character, friendly and helpful service, very well located. The rooms have wooden beams, which adds to the charm and beds are very comfortable. For my stay in a single room, the amount of storage space was a bit limited and the bathroom was very small, but these are relatively minor details - otherwise, comfort and amenities are excellent. I didn't try the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is superb. The open-air roof bar on the 5th floor has glorious views across Krakow.”

“Good location. Basic Rooms. Very clean. Bathroom good. 1 small Wardrobe but no other storage. Would not recommend for longer than a couple of nights. Restaurant food is very good. Breakfast was great. No alternative milks so buy some before arrival. Fridges only in some rooms. One supplied on request, reluctantly, but did not get cold. Bar area is nice. Staff are really good. Would recommend for short breaks.”
