“This is our second time visiting, we stayed for one night and although our first visit was fairly satisfactory, this one was not, majorly because of the poor service. For starters, there is a scanner upon entry when this is not a thing in most hotels.. We lost a jacket when our luggage was delivered to our rooms and the staff despite being friendly, weren’t all that helpful with the search. The double rooms were spacious but an overwhelming smoking smell was present. The beds were not very comfortable. Towels, tissue paper and basic sanitary products were provided. Breakfast was included in our reservation but when some of my family members went to have it, there was a long queue. Also fast food is not allowed inside.”
