“This doesn't appear to be a hotel any more. I stayed recently and it was for a week through airbnb. The ad says spa but I don't think they run it any more. Nor did I see a restaurant. But the room was outstanding as was the location. The 24 hour security guard was nice too.”

“From desk girl basically stole from me I ask if they have laundry in the hotel and she said not, but they use a outsider to do the laundry for the guests...I give her about 10 pieces of clothing which doesn't cost much ..next day I was checking out and claiming my clothing and charges me a little more than I pay for the night in the hotel 150 thousands colombian pesos and I pay for the night 140 thousands pesos.... Thanks God I was coming from USA 🇺🇸 and have the money to pay but that was a robbery.....I was in love whit Pereira, first time there but this was really bad....hope she have diarrhea whit the money she took from me...”
