“Wonderful for a vital break. Pool Sauna hammam and relax rooms. Water is amazing the morning swimming in the roofpool in front of the mountains. Diner, breakfast and vital buffet just perfect A special grade for the ACDC team Martina and Dario, wonderful people handling the show in sauna 4. Bravo guys ! A negative point.. people smoking close to the pool and in terrace, not very healthy for the kids and the room on the road side are very noisy with motos and cars”

“Smashing Hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, we liked the food although it's not to everyone's taste. The location is superb, just a short walk from the edge of the lake, and close to shops and restaurants. Our room overlooked the piazza which was great but a little too noisy at times. Loved it.”

“I want to tell my sad story. I booked a stay at the hotel from 08/15/2023. The reservation was refundable until August 13, 2023, 23:59. On Monday, August 14, 2023, we left home on the road. Over 1000 km. We were supposed to spend the night in a hotel in the Czech Republic. We had an accident on the way and our car broke down. We stopped on the roadside. There was no chance of continuing the journey. It was 14:00. The car was broken. Me husband and dog in the heat on the roadside. I immediately contacted the hotel in the Czech Republic and the Royal Hotel in Riva del Garda and other hotels. I gave information about the accident and asked for cancellation of the reservation and at least a partial refund. I was in complete despair. Of course, I informed that I would provide proof that the car was broken. Workshop bill, photos. What the hotel would like. All hotels whose free cancellation period has passed have agreed to a full refund. Only the Royal Hotel in Riva del Garda disagreed. Of course, the law and rules are on their side, because the cancellation period has passed. but we had a misfortune and immediately the day before I informed the hotel about the situation. The hotel could have refunded at least 50%. The hotel prides itself on taking care of guests. He didn't care about us. The person making the decision showed no empathy at all. We had bad luck and lost a lot of money. I thought the hotel would be supportive and help like the others. However, the hotel offered nothing. It's sad that such people with no empathy exist in this world. I strongly advise against the Royal Hotel”
