“This hotel is in rural place. The rooms are comfortable. There are big beds, and a nice view. The breakfast was good as well. There weren't too many option to choose but it was good nontheless. I think the only down side was that I was in room 404 and the wifi was coming and going most of times. It was very annoying. I had to be close to the door so that the wifi was more stable. Besides that it was a very nice hotel to stay in.”

I do recomend taking a room with lake side view +good location... even a dock for the boat tour. +delicious coffee in the morning We would love to give this hotel a 5 star review due to its amazing rooms but there are a few issues that require improvements: - as pointed above, not all receptionist staff is friendly. The blonde women around 40 plus was kind of rude to our small son because he inserted pebbles in a grid. The grid is removable and we could easily remove them so we dont see the problem in this issue... -breakfast is ok but its always the same... no variations what so ever. - prices of diner a la carte is very high. 8 euros for a glass of housewine? Then again yes, it was a good wine. - room from the bathroom to living room is a step up and its dangerous to slip out on the wooden floor... Will we come back? Probably yes, if its in last minute 😉.”

“Hotel Prestige is definitely living by their name. The location is perfect, out of the main road without being isolated. It's a quiet area perfect for a family break. The hotel motel is very clean and the room service is way better than most hotel i have experienced. The breakfast is good and enough to satisfy a good morning appetite. One thing that can be improved with the breakfast is to separate sramble eggs and bacon so that there is contamination of taste or smell. The room service was perfect. Air-conditioned works like a charm. You get toothpaste and toothbrush, sleepers. Breakfast is included as a default. Family room are spacious and can serve a family of 4 perfectly. As abonus you get a mini bar included in the room. I would totally recommend it. The price was reasonable. Supermarket like carrefour and lidl are about 6-10 minutes drive.”

Comfortable room with a wonderful view of the lake although, being alongside a road, could be a little noisy early in the morning. Convenient for the many lake ferries and a short walk from the railway station. Staff excellent, well trained by Claudio. A good option for those wishing to stay in Stresa”

“The rooms are lovely and cleaned every day by the lovely cleaners! Rooms are little bit small but not big a issue! The hallways are very decorative by obvious interior designer! the Lobby also very abstract! The hotel is missing a proper bar, wasn’t quiet sure what it offered with the small bar, seemed like self service or something, No food either in the hotel, for a 4 star hotel it is missing something for sure! the lifts are very small too. Location wise it wasn’t that close to the city centre but close to the train station! i recommend scooters everywhere if you are up for it!”

“I will never recommend this hotel. The AC doesn't work (you have to ask at the reception to turn it on...), it was 34 degrees during the day and like 26 degrees in the room st night, we could not sleep with the window open because there is traffic, the windows are poorly isolated anyway and you can hear all the traffic, so no good night sleep overall. The breakfast is standard, no fruits, nothing fancy. The furniture is old, cracked and yellowed out, doors are squeaky, and the towels are old, however, everything in good shape. Having breakfast or dinner on the terasse is a pain as there is a lot of traffic. The staff is not very friendly, besides Valeria who greeted us in the first day. Also, the hotel is facing east, meaning in the evening it won't have too much sun at the beach or pool. Additionaly, if you want to stay at the pool after you check out, they ask for 20 euro extra, because why not. Besides the location with theview at the lake and the old building there is nothing, nothing that I can recommend this place for. For 250 euro a night this is such a rip-off.”
