“The staff definitely makes or breaks a Hotel! Our experience was simply excellent thanks to Veronica and Angela who made our stay a very pleasant one. It is said that membership has it privileges, so I recommend you join the Catalonia chain member. Once you stay a couple of times, you earn points which allow you to get discounts and upgrades. We got an upgrade and the room was very comfortable, but of course, Veronica made it extra special. Breakfast offered a good assortment of hot and cold dishes for the price. Its location is also very convenient to main attractions. Overall a great place to stay in!”

“This place was amazing 😍 had a free airport shuttle and the wellness center was great. Very reasonable prices and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and good mattresses bathroom was clean and the pool was clean and perfect during that hot day. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Rooms are small. Cleaning is poor - shower was full of black mold hidden in black grouting. Hot water oscillated between hot and icy continuously. Hallways were unvacuumed and filthy. Staff were polite and helpful but not generous. Breakfast was very limited and stingy. But the most keenly annoying feature was the fluorescent green light shining into the darkness from some security device in the ceiling. The room had good blackout curtains, but was illuminated from within by this stupid light. It filled the room like a green full moon. Not recommended despite location.”
