“Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.”

“An ok hotel. Unfortunately, for the second time (happened in my stay last year too) I had problems with checking in and the reception couldn't locate my booking on the system.I think the system needs an upgrade to improve the name search capabilities. The other unfortunate thing was that the aircon didn't work. For some reason the fan will come on for a minute and then stop. At least I could open the window. The breakfast was good. And the suggestion by reception staff to check out and settle the bill the evening before my last morning was a very good idea. Overall, the hotel is in a very good location, near shops, restaurants and the train station. The rooms are ok nothing great or too bad. The staff are helpful and polite. I just wish future check in experiences will be smoother.”
