“Looking at the bad reviews, I still chose this hotel as it was the only nearby 4-star property. But I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very clean, the staff was super polite and helpful, the rooms were spotless and tidy, and the bathroom had everything we needed. My family and I had a very comfortable stay, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. 🥞🍎🥐🥘🍩🍨☕️🍹 Advice for others: Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews - they seem fake to me! Highlights: We were traveling with our 20-month-old toddler, and the staff was incredibly supportive and understanding. “We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for 6 adults and 4 children. First of all, we got an excellent deal by the hotel reservations team special mention to Ms Subbulakshmi. Secondly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The hotel staff generously extended their buffet dinner timings so that we don’t miss our dinner. The Fern Anjar was an excellent experience of our last travel in the year 2023. My family and I cannot wait to visit The Fern Anjar again.”
