“The stay gives an overall Retro Vibe. The staff also were very cooperative and proactive with their services. I would give this stay a 4.5 overall, mainly because of the food the ambience and the service. The 0.5 deduction would be of the location which is a bit on the upper planes.”

“Great location, clean and pool is a treat on the hot days. Staff were friendly and helpful, Kulveer the maitre D and waiters were wonderful, so sweet and went out of the way to make chai and turmeric teas for our large group. The food was fabulous and great variety daily. Upadhaya the maintenance man always greeted us with such a warm happy smile and Dev at reception/management was very helpful, even went out to replace locks for our case that had been lost.”

“Staying here since yesterday....everything here can be safely called substandard......right from the amenities in the room ( TV and phone not working ) to the food served at their restaurant , room service , and the speed at which the reception responds to your needs. The most notable is the pathetic breakfast buffet with stale cold cuts and cheese and really dry n cold croissants n breads. The only good thing was the repeated sets of apologies we got from all the staff ( sometimes served with sweets n sweeter notes in our room) , but not sure how that helped. The room rent was at par with that in any fancy five star ( 16k per night for bed n breakfast for 3) but nothing was at par with any other 5star hotel. Everything shouts apology ....that the management feels is necessary as they themselves know how bad things are”
