“This is a European hotel, so expect the usual small bathroom and shower. With that considered, this place absolutely delivers. The restaurant is excellent. The staff exhibits the highest of professionalism. If you can get the lake view room, you will not be disappointed. Absolutely beautiful. Right across from the train station, you can get wherever you need. They speak English and will go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy. Thanks for a lovely stay.”

“Nice hotel in downtown Zurich. About a 10 minute walk to the train station and popular Old Town. Rooms were nice and pretty modern. Water and umbrellas are provided in case you need them. Daily breakfast is included which was great. There are plenty of options (eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries) and also an expresso machine. Only downside is the bar service. They don't take initiative to take your drink order, even if you're sitting at a table and obviously looking at the menu wanting to order.”

“We stayed for 4 nights and our purpose was sight seeing in Zurich. As you come out of the airport, you are at the circle. The location is within walking distance (5-10 min) from the airport (at the circle). You could even take an airport cart and drop it at the Hyatt. The room was clean, spacious, and we were lucky to get a nice view through large glass windows which served as a wall. Unlike many European hotels, this one had a water heater and iron. We did not use the restaurant or bar as there are ample options at the food court at the circle (just outside the airport). Zurich airport station is also walking distance (also at the circle). Buses and trams are also available just outside the airport/the circle. You could get to the Zurich city via train/tram/bus using the SBB mobile app. If you are into running there is a nice paved running trail with signs just as you exit the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel staff were excellent and did their very best for our group. Their command of English was very good as well which made us lazy so we didn't use our German very much. The room was very comfortable and the WiFi good but a bit slow. The evening menu in the restaurant was a bit limited and relatively expensive so I would not use that again.”

“Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurant was excellent. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. Only small issue was the lack of lighting in the hotel room. There are two bed side lights and no main light in the room.”
