“What a wonderful way to welcome in the new year 2024. We had a beautiful time in rainy Hamburg visiting museums, galleries, recommended restaurants and cafes. The hotel sauna was a pleasurable experience to warm up in the evenings. With the highlight of our new year getaway this charming and amazing boutique hotel. Fantastic service. Super delicious new year's eve menu with super attentive staff. The breakfast was also super delicious with a large selection from the buffet, including special requests to have cooked oat porridge. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel a memory to cherish.”

“Stayed in December for Christmas Markets. Hotels bar and restaurant has been closed since covid which easyjet did not inform us. No kettle in room to make a hot drink was told to go to vending machine 5 floors down. Whole experience not nice. Easyjet still advertising even though bar and restaurant shut. Please avoid.”
