Our experience at Local Jones Restaurant (in-house) was equally remarkable. Brandon, our server, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable. His knowledge of the food and drink menu and friendly demeanor added to the overall ambiance. The valet service, led by Alejandro, was top-notch. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in providing exceptional service, and the valet service was no exception. It made navigating the area stress-free and convenient. The room itself was a haven of comfort. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the high-flow water in the shower was a luxurious experience. It was a perfect way to unwind after a night of ringing in the new year. “I selected this hotel because of the close proximity to the CU Campus. It was clean and had a unique inviting vibe. However, the room was very cold. Either the thermostat was not working or the hotel set the temperature so guest were unable to adjust. Also, the internet was sketchy which prevented downloading an TV app to watch movies.”

“Loved this hotel- very clean, new facilities, and very friendly hotel staff. I was in the middle of moving and just needed a hotel for the couple days and it was absolutely perfect for the price. You simply are not going to get a better stay at a nicer hotel for that price. The only thing I could live without is the modern sinks in the bathroom- they may look cool.. but takes forever to drain water. Just kind of annoying when you have two people brushing their teeth and washing their faces.”

I was wrongly billed $4998.65 and have gotten zero follow up or engagement from the management group of The Hotel Telluride. It has been incredibly frustrating. I am pursuing a refund via small claims court. I am very disappointed with the response from the managers of The Hotel Telluride and I have reached out directly to Providence Hospitality Partners who operate the hotel. Beyond my poor experience trying to get my refund sorted out, I was pretty shocked with how dated and ordinary feeling the rooms were. The only thing the hotel has going for it is location if you want to be on the west side of town. Decently long walk into the town core though.”

“I had the best experience with the Himmel spa at FK today! Thanks to Kelsey in sales for organizing everything perfectly for me. When I arrived at the spa Wendy was so friendly and professional. I had the best massage I’ve had in a long time with the option to soak or steam before and after. Nicholas and Will in valet were so helpful and welcoming. This is a special spot tucked into MV core that is well worth visiting as a hotel guest or just a spa afternoon after skiing! I’ll be back 😘”
