“Rooms are beautiful - some rooms have exposed brick walls and they are just gorgeous. Not the greatest views out the window because of some new buildings that were just put up. The service staff and lobby are awesome - they have a complimentary wine / cheese bar every evening in the lobby. The location is great right next to the Charleston pier and all the restaurants on East Bay St.”

“Located in a business center right off the highway. Very convenient to get to from any direction. Outside decor blends in with the other buildings but once you step inside, different ballgame. Very elegant and clean. The only difficult decision is whether or not to hit the ice cream parlor to the right or check in. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is an elevator to get to all floors. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and tons of light from the large windows. Privacy curtains and blackout curtains to keep the light out for at night or if you are a vampire for the daytime. There are coffee machines in the room and also downstairs during the morning hours. Only downside is there really isn't a breakfast option. Just some muffins or snack bars. But, there is a breakfast/ lunch restaurant in the same complex that has excellent food. The area has anything from pizza to fine dining to a brewery. All within walking distance. This place almost seems like a hidden gem for the price and amenities. Would highly recommend.”

“One of the best Front Desks I have experienced in a while. Very professional, helpful, friendly, etc. This is a small hotel so you interact with them coming and going and the whole team is great. Rooms are not huge but typical of what you would find in a downtown hotel where real estate is limited. Fitness center has a rowing machine which is rare and appreciated.”
