“The hotel was immaculate and had everything I could possibly need on hand (chilled bottled water, apples for snacking, a cafe, and a superb brunch). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our fabulous trio of supportive staff included: Arturo, Gonzalo, and Roberto. This hotel was positioned in the perfect spot and was within walking distance of all the major historical areas I wanted to see - and there is a LOT to see. Stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastic boutique hotel perfectly located in the stylish Roma Norte. First class service and high tech rooms with great views onto the street. Included breakfast is okay, nothing special. Service is top class and you feel like you are staying in a very special hotel. Complimentary cocktail was a nice touch. Lights set up in rooms is a bit different to understand but very innovative. Probably the best room service food I have ever had. Chicken slider and fries were absolutely delicious. Hotel is not cheap but if I could afford I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was well enough appointed, clean and quiet (my room faced the back, not the main street). But it smelled like sewage when I first walked in, until I used the shower which must not have been used in some time (water might have evaporated from the trap allowing the smells to surface). I had some problems with reservations as I needed to change it to arrive two days later than originally booked, and it took 4 different emails to sort it out (my phone call went unanswered, then unreturned). Good value for the money, and great location (I love the Hipodromo area).”
