“I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The night I checked in the receptionist, didn’t know English at all. I had trouble to understand, and to communicate with her using a google translator. Somehow, I managed to check in. I was lucky to meet the gentleman who is a trainee at the same hotel, I would like to name him (Ali). he was really really helpful. He knew English really well and just to let you know that he knew five languages and he is only 20. At the time of check-in both my suitcases were broken by Turkish airlines and I needed to buy reasonable quality suitcase for my onward journey. In a small town it was a struggle to buy suitcase at night. Ali was helpful to organise a taxi for me and even accompanied me to help me to buy suitcases. Reception staff even couldn’t tell me that there is a restaurant who provides room Service. I came to know on the very last day that there is a restaurant and there is a room Service, which of course I utilised on my last night. Rooms were nice, spacious and air-conditioning was working well. Breakfast was available 4 levels below the reception and there was no lift. People who struggle to go down the stairs and come back again, will not be able to enjoy the breakfast at all ( I am one of them). There was no room service for the breakfast. We did not avail the breakfast service even for a single day. At the time of checkout in the morning, I had two big suitcases and requested for bellboy to get my luggage to the car. Unfortunately, they told me that there is no bellboy available before 7 am. I persisted. Somehow they managed a person who could get my luggage to the car which was appreciated. So for a four star hotel person with a reasonable knowledge of English should be available so that the basic communication can be established. This is tourist place, we came all the way from Australia to see this place( Cappadocia). I would not recommend this place to foreigners, save your money and go elsewhere with better staff hospitality.”

“I had an amazing stay with family at Goreme Inn during the recent visit to Cappadocia. The rooms were spacious and had a royal touch, also offered a fantastic view of the caves. The hotel's location was convenient, right next to the main street, so no hiking was required to reach the hotel (a lot of other hotels needed a long uphill walk). Our host, Emre, was excellent, always attentive, and ensured our needs were met promptly. Will definitely recommend”

“So happy with our choice. Clean rooms, a lot bigger than expected. Calm area. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and kind. Would reserve here again for our next trip. You should be aware that the hotel is next to a mosque. The call of prayer will wake you up for sure at sunrise. It was not a big deal for us, but maybe not for you in you intend to sleep-in.”

“We chose this hotel with our 6-year-old child for the New Year's holiday. We were very pleased with everything. The pool is very nice. Having a garden is a rare advantage in this region. All menus are quite delicious. The staff is helpful in everything. The rooms are comfortable. New Year's Eve entertainment was also very nice. I definitely recommend”

“In our opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars: room small, careless and with strong smell of smoke, window very dirty. The staff was not very friendly: we travel by bicycle with a lot of luggage, usually people help us in managing, here nobody even tried to. Breakfast ok.”
