From Marco who directed us to park our cars, to Peppe and Giuseppe who managed our meals, to all the front desk staff, we could not have asked for kinder, more attentive people. Further, every luxury was considered and available. We were truly able to retreat at this beautiful location, despite the less than beautiful weather!”

“I booked a room in advance for 2 persons and paid 600+ Euro for 4 nights. I was planning to stay with a friend there and this was my only vacation. However, when I arrived they started pretending as if I booked the stay for 1 person… and required to pay 600 euro extra for 1 additional person in my double room! So that in general it would be 1200 Euro! However, when you check the prices via Booking you see that it is a fraud. I tried to argue and show my booking but administrator was really aggressive though. In other case I would definitely run away from this hotel, but to spend 30+ hours to get to Italy from Ukraine and face such challenges was not the best idea. The rooms are really old. The only good thing about the room on 8 floor was the view - it is amazing! The hotel is expensive and the price is not fair. In addition, there are real problems with taxi in Terracina - so I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel - it was real stress for me and my friends. In addition, we also booked a few extra rooms. The money and your expectations of the service is nothing here. Moreover, they require 16 euros for the sun-bed even if you stay at the hotel!!! But then it turned out that it is only 8 euro per bed and they give 2 beds for 16. In this regard I have a question: if I would have stayed alone as they presented why had I needed 1 extra sun-bed?)) It seems to me that thee cheated on me. These days were really stressful and I felt like not being welcomed there. Definitely would not recommend this hotel for the people younger than 80.”

“It was end-of-season, 3-5 October, and we were not expecting the whe package, so to speak. We were pleasantly surprised! The bar wasn't open on the last evening, but we went up to our rooms and took drinks from the fridge to compensate. This was NOT charged to us! Staff was friendly and could not fault the restaurant staff in any way - excellent service and very good food! Rooms were very clean. Hopefully, during winter they will be updating/refreshing the hotel ... it would be in their interest to do so! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Friendly staff, ladies in the dining room were super nice. Breakfast was awesome, freshly squeezed juices and only top of line high quality ingredients. Bed and pillows were very comfortable . Clean rooms with great views of the courtyard and the lake. Wi-Fi was not that great, overall great place to stay!”

“Located just outside Latina on a busy road the Hotel develop inside the countryside so you don't even notice the busy road at all. I had two rooms for my family very simple and plenty of space, modern looking bathroom with shower, one room had not a very powerful shower while the other was good and comfortable. I had some trouble with the door keys but this was solved by the Mrs. Roberta (La Governante) in a very professional and fast way, she arranged the change of room for me and my child. I did like a lot also the care and the kindness of the Roberta, small details while rearranging and cleaning the rooms, example for all was the care she had to place the small teddy bear on the bad for the children's and placing the shoos all in order in the room.. small details as mentioned and kind person. In the morning due probably because most of the guest are there for business we had the swimming pool, clean and spacy the location where the swimming pool is located is very nice and gives a nice feeling of holidays. The breakfast was served with kind and professional personnel. lots of cakes.. but the most delicious part was just simple bread with some jam. the breakfast is not a continental type with bacon and meet, it has boiled eggs, some chees and ham, jam (two types), different cakes, water and different juices, you can ask coffee or cappuccino as you like. True over the Zanzare.. but the airco was fully working in both rooms..”
