“Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. I cannot think of one think I could complain about during our 7 days stay at Felsenhof hotel. Everything in the hotel is welcoming, from the small sink especially designed for children, to the fact that all through the day there is coffee, cookies and fruits available for guests and the diverse choice of food. Also, the staff did their best to accommodate our requests: for instance, our initial party of 7, was joined for dinner by another party of 4. The restaurant staff made sure we were all comfortably seated and did not refuse us even for New Years’s dinner, when all the hotel and restaurant was full. The Flachau ski resort is accessible by a 7 minutes bus ride or 4 minutes car drive and there are numerous hiking and biking trails. I’d like to thank all the staff for their warm attitude and hope will be coming back soon.”

“Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent memory. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we had a great stay. It’s still a family-owned and run hotel and you can feel it. The food is so good! The servers and chefs were very accommodating for my partner’s many allergies. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect - ski in, ski out with rentals right next to the hotel. The spa is a little dated, but huge with everything you could want - 3 saunas, steam, hot tub, large pool.”

“Very nice hotel and restaurant. We had a stop over at this hotel on our way to Southern Europe for our summer holiday. It is close to the Autobahn but not in such way you notice that once you are in the hotel. Rooms and hotel are impeccable and the kitchen offers very nice Austrian cuisine. Our little dog was welcome as well. We had a lot of fun in the evening with the mini golf/biljart course in the garden. Also a nice area for a walk or other outdoors activities. I will not even mention the winter sport here as the ski lift is outside of the hotel.”
