“Please be very cautious about this dangerous place. As a guest at this hotel, I am completely dissatisfied with their reception and management system. The day after I checked out, I realized that my shoes were missing from my suitcase. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they said they didn't have them. After reviewing my entire time there in my mind, I am certain that they are definitely there. Despite my numerous phone calls and visits, which exceeded 7 times, they told me to come and pick them up without apologizing and said they had just found them. The hotel has a very ordinary breakfast, and I hope you don't fall for it. The gym is very small and messy, and instead of opening at 12:00 noon, it opens much later. I hope all travelers pay attention to these issues and then make their decisions”

“This is a very nice small hotel has excellent customers service and a nice English style cosy room with powerful fantastic shower nice and warm . Great location. The only thing I didn’t like is the noisy machine that cleans the square outside and it is noisy on the early hours of the day . But I do recommend you to stay there.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service, especially during the reservation process, was terrible. The rooms were extremely old, with outdated and dirty carpets. The breakfast was cold, low-quality, and lacked variety. Overall, this hotel deserves only one star, not four. The air conditioning was terrible, allowing the smell of cigarettes from neighboring rooms into ours, and many of the hotel services were unsatisfactory.”

“The hotel is great. The manager and staff were very hospitable abd welcoming. They offer a great breakfast and the location if the hotel is very strategic. It is walking distance to Taksim Square and has mini supermarkets along the street. If you are traveling with family or friends this hotel is great.”
