“I’m still not sure why this place is called a “resort.” Nevertheless, the rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is really small, I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the tiny pool. The fitness center was pretty basic. The location was the best given that you’re walking distance to the French quarter and the Magazine area. I’d definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly, but it’s Ms. Sue that is the biggest asset to this location. She is a ball of joy with an infectious smile that emits beautiful, radiant energy.”

“This recently renovated hotel was such a vibe! Booked two nights after new years when I saw they had a special, otherwise it’s a bit outside my price range. The staff at the front desk were SO helpful and one even escorted us to our room and gave us great intel for local bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is super walkable and close to the trolley as well as on the bus line. Late check out (noon) was great and they accommodated an early check in for us at no extra charge. Too bad the weather was too cold for the pool otherwise we’d be hanging out there every afternoon!”
