“Excellent, kind, helpful and friendly people! Thank you Roman for everything! It is the third I stay here. Coming every year for business and they remember my preferences and how I drink my coffee! Very convenient location in a nice area with lots of good restaurants and bars. 5’ walk from Porta Venezia metro station. The rooms are not renovated but it is a nice, clean and decent place to stay for a few nights.”

“My mother and I stayed here in mid September 2022. After staying in some B&Bs the previous couple of places, it was so lovely to be in a real hotel with proper services. Reception was great. The room was clean and comfortable with fulling working air conditioning and super fast wifi. It was a little way from the main station, but not too far, and there's plenty of restaurants around. My only complaint about the room would be the awkward shower design - you had to stay up one end of the bath and be too close to the taps in order not to spray water all over the bathroom. Very nice breakfast. I would happily stay here again!”

“This is not a hotel , it’s equivalent to a motel. I professional staff. AC wasn’t working , had to call 3 times and they were controlling it from front desk. All night AC was making loud rumbling noise and we couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t allow us to check out or even discount the inconvenience. Also the location is almost one hour from the city which on Travelocity this was not made apparent. We paid $100 per day for taxi to and from city .”

“I have to mention that the staff is helpful and friendly, but just the ladies in my subjective opinion. I agree with other posts here, bathrooms are not well cleaned, the hotel needs update and implement soundproofing, not proper for a 4 stars, and that we pay for. Objectively, some facts, in 3 nights at the hotel: -Any quiet night, everything can be heard from the upper room, door slamming from surroundings, all sounds from street. -TV decoder did not work. -Fungal growth on bathrooms walls (and not well cleaned after claim). -Temperature, impossible to set with the thermostat, 26.9°C fixed, in winter. -Shower support broken (fixed after claim).”

My family got in early from over 24 hours of travel and they got us checked into a room way earlier than they were obligated to, and that made a huge difference in our day. I am deeply grateful to the staff for their help. Having said that, dear god the rooms are dilapidated. There's no wifi that reached our room, and for the price per room the condition of the accommodations makes no sense. I've stayed in hostels that were significantly better. I would absolutely not stay here again.”
