“I can't say enough about this hotel. Excellent service and facilities. Hotel is an uber ride away from the busy city centre but the hotel has a lot to offer if you want a relaxing break. Two pools, a private beach and a spa. Staff were very welcoming and some staff spoke english which was brilliant for me. Some amazing views”

“I honestly cannot fault this hotel, it was amazing I just wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We got the most simple room but that didn't matter, the bed was very comfortable, the floor of the bathroom was heated, everything was very clean. In addition to this, the service was just incredible. From check in and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, to arriving to our room with Rose petals and a turn-down service later at night with tea and cookies. We were blown away by the little touches! And finally, the breakfast was amazing. So much food but all very high quality and very generous. Also the location is very central, this is the place to stay in Gramado.”
