Whether it's for a meal, a drink, or just to enjoy the view, it's an experience that enhances your stay in Lisbon. “Unfortunately, this hotels lacks in service and quality in almost every area. Rooms: low quality. Poor lighting. Cheap, uncomfortable bed. Service: it’s difficult to get staff attention at reception, in the restaurant, or at the bar. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Animal policy: the hotel isn’t pet friendly and doesn’t advertise this anywhere until arrival. I was told that the reason for this is because they serve food to people. This said, screaming children are free to run wild. If you are looking for value, comfort, or an international 5 star standard, keep looking for other options.”
