“Don't visit this place, GIACOMO, THE WORST HOST Yesterday at the New Year's party the bar manager (I'm not even sure about that) in addition to conditioning the reservation on a minimum consumption of a thousand Euros and payment in advance of the same, when I left I requested that he return a couple of bottles of wine that I ordered from the staff guarding the door of the bar when I arrived, he became arrogant, yelling at me, pushing me (probably because of the extra drinks he consumed during his work) telling me that he had nothing, that the person to whom I gave it no longer I was there and I could do whatever I wanted, I could comment on FB or Instagram whatever I wanted. It is a shame that the employees of this hotel treat a client like this without caring about anything, I will take care of telling everyone I know about my bad experience and I will visit Giacomo today in front of the other person as I was right”

Top: great service, design, facilities, view, quietness and cleanness. Personnel is helpful and kind and they are the real star of this hotel. Tip: Vegetarians can't really tell if the dish contains meat/fish. Labelling the food is advised.”

“We are a family of 5 and had an amazing stay at the hotel Savoia. The location is excellent and the breakfast is everything you could think of. We arrived with no car and nothing booked and were worried we would miss out on what the Dolomites had to offer since finding a car that fit us is hard to rent unless booked in advance. We wanted a guide but they also needed a car to drive us around in. Diana and Paulo at the concierge desk were fantastic! They did some magic and took care of everything and booked a car and a guide and we were able to visit all the main sites reachable from Cortina. Not to mention they created our full itinerary. Any help we needed they were always warm and friendly. The staff at the concierge, check in, front desk, Spa and Breakfast restaurant are the nicest people we have met on the trip. Great hotel!”

“Had a very relaxing day at Terme pools and SPA there. Worth every single euro😌👌🏼 You can book a day entry for 50€ per person, or 70€ on Friday and weekends. For this price you have access to pools and saunas for the whole day + they give you bathrobes and towels. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools with thermal water + Turkish, Finnish and Bio saunas. The personnel is really helpful and speaking English. Will definitely come back there!”

“Great! All is very good. Excellent quality and service. Staff is very friendly and client-oriented. They really do the best. Rooms are mostly with a sea view. Swimming pool even has heating, so you can enjoy it in a cloudy weather. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Its location is 35 minutes walk from the city center and all night life. A beautiful promenade leads you there, or you can take bicycles from the hotel for free. And,please, as you used them return keys after your trip to a nice receptionist lady. The next day you can take them again. Bicycles are very comfortable as well. ;)”

“The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the michelin level main restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.”

“Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating staff! All of them without exception and a special thanks to Yulia for her warm welcome. Clean, comfortable and tasteful room. Also had the best cappuccino in town here and delicious food. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know planning a visit to Cortina. Notes: a long walk to town but they offer a complimentary shuttle service from 8am to 8pm. No air conditioning in the room but they did bring me a fan. Drowned out noise from the cars in the street early in the morning and also cooled down the room for bedtime. Also as other reviews mentioned regarding the hot tub in the spa, it was not quite hot.”
