“4 night stay over New Year Positive things: lovely staff, spotless rooms with huge comfortable bed and nice linen. Good sized bathroom and nice towels and products. Despite its position, it was quiet. Negative things; the courtyard room is a bit cramped, the steam shower is a bit of a gimmick ( to me). A seat should be provided perhaps. I couldn't charge my breakfast to my room. Minor niggles only, and a very comfortable stay. It's handy for the City, but a bit of a walk to the underground. The 55 and 243 busses are nearby.”
