I was sold the A2 tanks (still compatible) which are prone to the same issue instead of the UN2 which solves my mouthpiece issue. Feel kinda duped, will go to my preferred store in Sydney in the future, bit more hassle to get through but at least no disappointment”

“The frames do not hold up. I ordered a pair of progressive lenses to go with my new white Dresden frames. After a 3 week wait for international shipping, the frames lasted a week. Started to get cracks on opposite sides of the lenses. Sent in a few photos to show the product defect. They sent me a replacement frame, no arms; which is very reasonable. The replacement frames broke within 10 minutes. The concept is great, the frames look great, unfortunately the quality of the frames is not there. They do not hold up. I do not recommend Dresden frames.”

I literally only had a bumbag how would it fit in there? 😭 There was another couple in the store who were picking up items and not putting them back in the right spots, they weren’t approached but I was? Definitely not an inclusive store in the slightest lol avoid if you’re trans or disabled :-) -Also want to mention that this store isn’t accessible in the slightest, there’s quite a few stairs to get up to the decent records section and no accessible options to get up there”

I was charged over $18 postage to return the original mask and then pay postage for a replacement mask. The overall customer experience was poor and the engagement continued for over a month. Definitely not a good consumer experience.”
