“I had been looking for a new electric bicycle for almost a year when I came across Stella bicycles Nuth. I check the website out which was upto date and had some bicycles that looked good. I drove to the store and was greeted warmly and friendly by Ludo. I explained that unfortunately I don't speak Dutch to which Ludo switched to English seamlessly and was very good at speaking English also. Ludo was fantastic in answering my questions and gave me some great information about a particular bicycle. I asked if it where possible to ride the bicycle just in the carpark to which Ludo said yes no problem, took copy of my driving licence and explained that I should ride the bicycle further maybe up the hill to feel the full capabilities of the bicycle. This I did, and he was right, the bicycle was very good. After about 10 minutes I returned to the shop and agreed to purchase the bicycle. I also spoke with Ludo about purchasing some extra accessories, to with again Ludo was very helpful in explaining and finding the right accessories that suited both me and the now new bicycle I had just brought. However, Ludo's generosity didn't stop there. Ludo gave me some fantastic discounts on the overall purchase price of my new bicycle and accessories. Ludo throughout the entire process was welcoming, knowledgeable about the bicycles, accessories but also the local environment and could recommend how to both use the bicycles and get the best efficiency out of the batteries that came with the e-bicycles. Ludo then arranged everything for me on his tablet device taking me through everything and all in clear and understandable English, which I was very happy to have. Ludo then explained the process of how to book for services in the future and when and where they would take place. He also introduced me to the maintenance staff at the shop who where also very welcoming and professional in their work. The whole experience was very very enjoyable. I have to say that in my experience in living in The Netherlands which I love I have never had a more enjoyable shopping experience than this. I would highly recommend that if you are in the area and need either a new bicycle, service, trade ins or even just to ask questions I would definitely go to Stella Nuth bicycle shop and if Ludo is there than your in for a enjoyable and agreeable time and visit.
