After a not so pleasant guitar repair at another music shop, I went to riffs and licks and they took care of my instrument better than I left it. I swore there were more scratches when I left my guitar there, but when I came to pick it up, it was all polished away. Definitely making riffs and licks my go to music shop from now on. However, the staff were beautiful and the dresses DELIVERED. The first dress I tried on I ended up purchasing, and all the staff were complimenting the customers and the vibe was just beautiful. Though some of the dresses can be pricey, there are some hidden gems and anyone can find something to suit them with amazing help. “mmmmm..where do I start,went in this store to replace an air conditioner that I bought elsewhere but it went "bang" for some reason. Found the portable air-conditioning units but no staff in sight,eventually got one but he just said "I'll get someone for you" and walked off. Five minutes went by,10 minutes passed and eventually after 15 minutes I gave up,as I headed to the door who did I see,my "I'll get someone for you guy" laughing and joking with 2 other members of staff,he just looked at me a smirk on his face won't put what I was thinking as I got into my car but the word was very similar to "rissoles"”

“On the 16 January 2024, My family and I visited the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store with the intention of purchasing a wallet. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite wandering around the store, we were not greeted by any staff members. Feeling a bit discouraged, I eventually approached the main counter where five staff members were standing. Surprisingly, none of them made eye contact or offered any assistance. I had to actively seek help myself. One of the staff members could be over-heard talking to another staff members about another customers babies, blue eyes. This lack of attention and poor customer service left a significant impact on our decision-making process. Considering the price range of the wallets we were interested in, which exceeded $1,000, we ultimately decided not to make a purchase. It was disheartening to witness such subpar service at a renowned high-end store like Louis Vuitton. What made the experience even more disappointing was the fact that my 11-year-old daughter was with me, and it was her first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store. She, too, was taken aback by the unsatisfactory level of service provided. Overall, our visit to the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store was marked by a lack of attention, poor customer service, and ultimately, a decision not to invest in their products.”

Almost resigned to my fate of a gift voucher and a funny birthday card, I came across Pandora shop Chermside , I looked at the beautiful jewellery in the display window, then ventured inside. I was amazed at the beautiful jewellery and the range of lovely jewellery on display. Even though the shop was busy with many customers purchasing their items for gifts and for themselves, I was served straight away, the very helpful assistant showed me a range of jewellery that suited what I thought I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for the exceptional staff and I finally made up my mind, and was very happy with my purchase, and was confident that my grand daughter would be more than happy with my choice. Much to my surprise, even my wife though that my choice of gift was great, that never happens! Needless to say, my grand daughter loved the gift that I gave her.
