The level of customer service here is absolutely incredible. Along with the customer service, their stock and variety is among the best in any tackle shop I’ve ever visited. “This is a great smoke shop with a wide variety of products. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. They do lack a large variety of tobacco products as is common in smoke shops that don't specialize in it. Quite a few products can be found cheaper online, but the shop has a rewards program based on money spent and is local.”

“Garden gate has always been the best green house in our area. Every year we get all the plants for our garden here. They have really affordable prices and good quality plants. Not only that but it’s fun to just look around at everything and try not to buy it all. They have such a variety that you can find anything you are looking for. I can’t wait for the last frost date so I can buy lots of great plants for the summer!”

“Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong product. It was the Pro Shops mistake. They required me to return the product, wait 5-7 days for my refund and I would have to reorder my correct product on my own and pay for it. Customer service would not discount the incorrect product and of course for me to reorder it was out of stock. So disappointed the COLTS outsourced this service to a 3rd party. I will probably not order any colts gear at this point.”
