“Went here to pick up some gifts. Great selection of local food and alcohol. There were also local handmade soaps and lotions. I purchased some honey, chocolate, pecan brittle, and coffee. Premade gift baskets were also available. Small selection of shirts and hoodies too - including wolf pack shirts. Large selection of hats. Staff were super friendly and helpful.”

“The customer service was great…. until I needed assistance after the sale was complete. I was looking for a TV for my sister. They have all TVs on a generic blue screen and the one I liked appeared to have a good picture. I tried switching it to a settings screen and seemed to look ok. I had my mom pay for it while I went to go park the car closer. A younger guy helped with the purchase (never offered any service agreement). We ended up taking it home and it was having issues starting up (hours later) and then later realized that there are horizontal lines that are more obvious in non blue screens like their generic background picture. My mother called and the manager Lana said she would call her district office to see if she could do anything since we didn’t purchase a service agreement (that we weren’t offered). The following weekend my mom and I went back to the store (with the tv) to see if we could do an exchange at least and speak with Lana since we hadn’t heard anything. Her associate said she doesn’t work weekends and he’s not contacting her because she’s in Mt. Charleston with her family. So we left our phone number (again). Well it’s been over 4 days and 2 different attempts to give my phone number to speak with someone and nothing. Even if they didn’t realize the TV they sold me had lines in it - it would have been nice to get communication on how to rectify the situation.”

“Huge location!! Amazing set up! The stairs to Pink upstairs is soooo glamorous. They also are one out of five stores that sell the Victoria’s Secret sunglasses collection! Their purse selection is also on point so many to choose from. They also sell the active wear which is awesome!”

“This Saks Fifth Ave is located in the heart of Las Vegas near the strip. It is next to Macys and Nordstrom. This is a lovely two level store with a wide selection; the first floor is dedicated to women and the second floor is all for men. It does have an elevator and escalator, although the escalator to go down was not working, so the elevator is the only option. When you arrived you are greeted by a friendly valet parking attendant for which there is no charge ( only a well deserved tip is required). I try to use the handy-cap bottom to open the door, since I was carrying a large box with me to return a gown which I had purchase on Saks online. But the handicap access bottom did not worked. Then, when you enter the store there is no one to greet you and guide to find the department. I finally found an employee and ask for the department I was looking for and she send me to the wrong place. There are very few employees and is a struggle to find help. The store is lovely and having background music would be a plus. The wifi works great in the store. With a few tweaks this would be a perfect store.”

“Amazing experience at the Swatch store. The staff here are the best. I was served by Adriana who has excellent product knowledge. She patiently answered all my queries to the different watches available and made me felt like I was appreciated as a customer. Having visited several Swatch shops around the world, this would be the one of the top ones if not the best one. I would highly recommend this place to those who are still looking for Moonswatches or any other exclusive Las Vegas pieces.”

“Bought a new reversible belt that I love! Opened the package the next day at the hotel and noticed the usual tag was missing. Was disappointed because I always keep all papers, tags, etc if I want to sell my pieces later. Tried the belt on and the loop was missing! Went back to the store, was given a new belt, tag included with no trouble. 😀”
