“Allbirds produces one of the most comfortable shoes in the market with sustainable materials. In my opinion, they are suited for casual runners. Performance runners would be better served by other brands such as ASICS. These shoes however are much better for day-to-day walking as they are lighter. We were served very well by all the Allbirds staff in this store. Everyone was very helpful and patient, answering all the questions we had as this was our first time purchasing an Allbirds shoe. I would highly suggest visiting the store if you are uncertain about which shoes would be suitable for you as the staff were very knowledgable and would comment on which shoes suit an individual.”

“I visited this store with an acquaintance and we experienced the following strangeness. We brought back a hat that wasn't cheap, it cost $300. Unfortunately, the hat size was not good for the big Christmas present. That's why we asked them to help exchange it for another size. There was a young blonde woman who willingly wanted to help us, but next to her was an Afro New York babe who didn't want to help us at all. Not even when my plane left for London the next day. The Afro baboon kept repeating that he was not competent in this, that the protocol had to be followed. And it just didn't help to find a bigger size. I would like to tell the owner of the hat shop that it is time to look at the nails of this Afro baby, because he is not really friendly in his service and is not looking for a solution, but for conflict, and he is surrounded by such a negative wave that we listened to his inhuman attitude with great attention . It would be time for the owner to ask him why he didn't give us his number when we wanted to talk to the owner. He treated us like a drug addict, completely obsessed with his excuses. The only other serving staff wanted to help us with the exchange, but the afro baby talked him out of helping too. Finally, the afro doll suggested that we buy another hat. And let's call customer service, maybe they will refund our money or allow the exchange. In better places, this usually ends smoothly with an exchange. I ask the owner of the store to educate the service staff about this incident and teach them to treat them humanely.”

“I never leave reviews but I truly had the best afternoon here this weekend. My 2 friends and I stopped by the shop on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find no wait. We were helped immediately by Mia, Otso, and Claire, and they were just the best. We spent almost 2 hours picking our scents and I have never had so much fun smelling every single scent and chatting with them. They made us feel so welcome and were so knowledgeable about the different scents and mixing them to make our own custom scents. Everything was very reasonably priced for the amount of time we spent there and the quality of the perfume. I love my final product and I will definitely be back!! “They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!”

Made me laugh that the security camera at street level is placed too high for the typical PMNYC clientele. “Everything is a bit expensive for the quality here but that might just be inflation. Customer service is phenomenal, give those people raises. The sizing at this store is all over the place. I think they design some items to fit baggy or tight, but I would prefer real sizings, and that they just let customers decide on the "fit" of the item.”
