“I tried on two pairs of leggings from the sale rack and decided to go with the brown pair. I get to the register to purchase and I’m told they can’t sell them to me because of the sell price being low. I told them that they were on the sale rack and that’s why I wanted to purchase them. The cashier has a manger come over to tell me that one of their employees had priced them incorrectly so they couldn’t sell them to me. I told them that it wasn’t my mistake so I should be able to purchase the pants. The manger named Nora basically laughed in my face and told me she can’t and won’t sell them to me. I understand your quality promise, the quality employees and the employee was rude and dismissive. Maybe Nora didn’t get the lesson on your quality promise when she was hired. My daughter was with me and needed a different size from her fitting room. She asked an employee if she could bring her the size she needed and she rolled her eyes at my daughter. I wish I could give them zero stars. Our military family will take our business elsewhere from now on.”
