“Well I'm not sure what difference my review will make since most of the other reviews have already stated this is a cheese lovers paradise. This truly is the quintessential cheese shop. They have such a beautiful choice of varied cheeses.I mean you don't have a cheese shop since 1797 and keep it going all that time unless you know what you're doing. Needless to say the staff are very knowledgeable and are extremely helpful,I was helped the last time I visited by a young lady, she was a real credit to the place, friendly, funny and definitely going the extra mile to help. They may even give you a taster if you're not sure which cheese you might like. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the products. This is,without doubt, my favourite cheese shop and having bought from them many times I will continue to do so.”

“It’s nice to have a shop like that in the heart of London. Quite a broad range of crystals and tarot cards. Candles are also available for sale as well as Buddha statues in different sizes. Found what I was looking for: Evil eye bracelet and some crystal for my star sign. The shop isn’t too expensive, card payments only. Can be very busy at times. Very good location, a few minutes away from Tottenham Court Road station.”

“Brilliant service. I pre-ordered a lens that is heavily in demand and has supply issues globally (Nikon can’t produce enough to sell!). Grays kept me up to speed with the estimated time of arrival - email exchanges were just as expected - excellent and prompt and the best part is my lens arrived when they said it would! I couldn't wait for delivery so decided to pick it up in person at their shop, which wasn't too far from me. In the shop, all the staff were warm and welcoming. They have lots of gear in cabinets on display which looks really cool - the shop was pristine and generally very pleasant! I received a fantastic service through both email and in person, and I would highly recommend them - please visit in person for shop experience if you can or at least a Nikon outing. I’ll be back for sure to order more stuff when I need it 😊”

“I visited the store this evening, to collect my glasses. I had phoned prior to my arrival as I was running slightly late. As soon as I arrived I noticed someone being served in the entrance. Despite this the store manager still made eye contact with me, greeted me and he knew who I was (from the phone call). I was asked to take a seat and told I will be served shortly. I was very impressed by the acknowledgment, greeting and customer service. I was then served in no time and the service was 1st class from start to finish. The manager even cared to talk about how my day had been. I want to congratulate the store manager for the service and courtesy they have showed. I will recommend this branch to everyone. I will definitely come back to this store only only!”
