Top 5 Active Life in Austria
Holzgau 14, 6654 Holzgau, Austria
“Nice view over the village and water fall. Short steep hike up next to the river and smooth walk down back to town but the other side.”
Erzherzog-Karl-Straße 108, 1220 Wien, Austria
“It's huge! Highly recommend to beginners and experienced climbers alike. Loads of top rope routes and 8 or 9 auto belay, as well as plenty of very long lead routes across the roof. Minimal bouldering, so if you're not planned to use ropes, I would suggest going elsewhere, but if you're doing roped climbing, you can easily spend a full day here! Pleasantly surprised by how warm it was inside for this time of year. Didn't venture outside as its November, but the outside boulders and ropes looks amazing too. Be aware, there's no cafe on site, just a coffee and soft drinks machine which only take cash. There's a Spar shop across the road, though.”
