“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Gym sent all members an email on 9/5 saying that as of 10/1 it was closing its current operations to convert to something more exclusive (and more expensive than it already is). They are, of course, breaking the yearly contracts we signed when paying for our memberships with less than a month’s notice. They said they would pay us back the part of the membership fee that corresponds to the months we didn’t get to finish our contract, but, days later, no one has replied to my emails and the receptionist had no answers to my questions as to how much and when they were refunding us. Incredibly shady and unprofessional.”
