“Beautiful park!! We really enjoyed hiking the Augie's Ridge / Woodland trail! Campground was nice too. Water hydrants we're off, and the comfort station by us was closed, but that's expected this time of year! At least the dump station was open. Really appreciate how they work the day pass for campers, so that you only need to pay for 2 days when staying 2 nights, instead of 3 days like some parks! Would definitely recommend!”

“I'm from a big city so even though its a smaller venue it was still a great experience! Went to see a Skyforce game and there was so much interaction with the crowd and games to play for kids as well as prizes to win! Overall, a fantastic experience that is great for any age! Not to mention the Mascot was very funny and entertaining too!”

“After thinking about this for a few weeks, I decided to leave a public review, simply stating issues we have had to help others avoid the same problems. Although it is a nice facility, there are issues with staff members. One day they be cordial, the next they're rude. One team member specifically Renee, is the worst. I have never had so many issues with any other staff member. We had an issue with the Rec center not processing our new bank information, and they lied saying they never got it. She was extremely rude and condescending. My husband uses the gym 5-6 days a week, and the kids use it often as well, but after how rude she was, and the lack of consideration and willingness to compensate for lost ability to use them gym due to their error, almost made us cancel our membership. Luckily for them, driving to Spearfish daily for a gym isn't an option. So, if you, as a member, encounter a staff error, just know it's entirely your fault and they will do nothing to rectify the problem or offer solutions to guarantee member satisfaction. To Nate, we highly suggest that you retrain your front desk members on customer service.”

“My daughter had a blast jumping about and playing all the games. We came about an hour before they closed so there weren't many people there but that made it really nice and open. If I didn't think I would hurt myself, I would, for sure, try out the ninja warrior course type section. My daughter loved the VR type games and jumping into the big foam pits. It seems like a very fun place and I look forward to taking my kids again. One improvement I would request, please please please give a seasal or yearly pass! We would go far more frequently!”

“These folks are great, really give you Uber service, free fitting, lots of knowledge and they are runners themselves. I did not end up purchasing but simply due to another deal that could not be beat. Still, I would use them in the future.”
