“Very good fitness club in Al Ain, you will be able to swim, play in the gym,and go to the group classes. The staff are professional compared to other clubs in Al Ain, it's clean and there are other services and events that take place as well. Multiple saloons are there ,I had done a hair filler in the one located on the 2nd floor. One thing that should improve is the quality and the affordability of the restaurants in the club.”

“I wish I did not register in the club. My experience was awful as I took a platinum membership for myself and aqua membership for my kids, the staff made my daughter experience awful the fact that my daughter decided not to go to the club after several incidents with the staff their. The amount we pay doesn’t match the expectations at all in aspect of the outdoor pool especially. The fact that the guards treats my daughter as criminals and talk back to me disrespectfully which lead to make this membership wast. My daughters were scared to come back to the pool as they got embarrassed many times by the investigation way of talking by the security and the guards. Also the outdoor pool timing was changing many times without informing us so overall I wish I did not pay such a big amount to platinum membership for myself and 3 months aqua membership for 3 daughters who decided not to come back to the club after the bad experience they had. I complained but I am not satisfied at all with the management response. I think such a big facility need an open minded people who can go with flow without complicating the rules for the members. Rules which really annoy us instead of helping us. The point of us Emarati Families who decide to be members is to chill and to have peace of mind which unfortunately we did not find it here. Timing of the outdoor pool is funny, why would it close at 6 and not 10 pm. We live in a very hot climate which should be considered. Think out of the box to gain people’s trust and satisfaction”

“A beautiful family friendly place to visit especially during the winter season. The hot water springs is definitely the highlight and flows through canals, throughout the green park. There is adequate space for parking, picnics, barbeque, washrooms and praying.”
