The gift shop is very nice and stocked with plenty of Norse Rune related things. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. “Hands down one of the best activities our family has done in a while! We went with a large group of Scouts, and their team was ABSOLUTELY incredible and helped our young Scouts meet their Nova badge requirements today! To say we were beyond excited and will be back more is an understatement! LOVED it!!! It is a lot harder than it looks, and my best advice is to go out as straight as you can and push your body down. Phenomenal experience, incredible team, best thing we've ever decided to do!”

“Where to start? First, it's a beautiful lake..... But we made the mistake of getting a lot at Tent Hill, a semi modern RV site. Well it's tent sites where you can park your RV in a parking space in the parking lot, all marked off for each site, and connect your electric and water, if your cords are long enough. There are no showers and the bathroom is a very nice looking outhouse, no lights and very dirty. They have much better sites for RVs, we saw them when we got lost trying to find our section. Which brings me to the directions. The gentlemen in the office gave directions as if I'd lived here all my life, making it sound like it was around the corner. It was miles away. We got lost and happened to find it. Their maps suck. Later a very nice lady came by and checked on us, we were the only ones in the section.”

He was able to get me signed up in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this gym they have good experience and an amazing staff that provides a positive environment.”

“We don't get to come here very often, but we always enjoy the large variety of climbing options here for anybody, from beginners to experts! There are typically around 6 auto belays with 2-3 paths of varying difficulty climbs, and many belay climbs that need a partner, but in order to climb these you have to be belay certified. There is also a HUGE bouldering selection to choose from with varying difficulties, along with a gym, yoga room, and a climbing wall to practice your grip strength. This indoor climbing facility has it all, including rentals for gear, and a shop for all your climbing necessities. All staff are always very friendly, and I would highly recommend trying out this climbing location!”

“I’ve attended this gym for a little over a year, I chose this gym solely based off of their childcare option. The last few months they’ve experienced lack of staff and subsequently I haven’t been able to utilize my membership, on two separate occasions I came and was given a wait time of over an hour. I completely understand staffing issues, especially in the current work environment, and after speaking with two staff members was reassured they had positions filled, we’re training, and would soon be “back to normal”, I started calling first, as its a 45 minute round trip for me - of the 3 times I called ahead of time each and every time I was advised that they were still struggling with staff and childcare was limited. Paying close to $85 a month for a membership I cannot utilize I decided to cancel my membership 6 days after being charged for a full month in which I not once got to workout. I was informed I’d be charged yet another month for a total of $166 for 2 months of non-use. This is outlandish, especially from a business that prides itself on core values. I highly recommend Genesis Health Club, since switching over I’ve never had into wait for childcare they play area and staff is second to none! My only disappointment is that I didn’t find them first! The rates are competitive and the difference is remarkable! They offer a free 3 day trial, and childcare is included I genuinely urge anyone looking to try it out! We now live in a world where scammers will do anything for your money, it’s important we as consumers share our experiences and knowledge! I hope this helps you! 🙂”

“Mike was absolutely awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I bought a 10ft kayak after Mike looked in the system and physically went and found what was in the back as well as let me walk around look and Than even recommend different ones for different uses. I will be back for sure. Only thing I didn't like was the parking, there is vertically nine.”
