“Super fun, beautiful nature trails you can walk for hours without seeing it all. Best time to go is early fall when temps lower and there's not many mosquitoes. Lots of climbing and slides for kids, a few shaded park benches spread about. Disk golf, mountain biking, bird watching, pretty duck pond with turtles.”

“I played here several years ago with my father and what a treat it was. Since then, the course has drastically declined. The bunkers were hardly anything of that sort, the fairways were very weathered, and the clubhouse check in was unwelcoming. I cannot justify the price tag of $74.99, the only positive is the true rolling greens. Charging a $10 fee for a ride along in a cart is also a rip off. The maintenance staff were very unobservant of players approaching despite efforts of giving a heads up, they also did not respect addressing of shots, following too closely, and talking while shots were being attempted. To be fair, the course is worth maybe $39.99 in shoulder season and should consider closing for winter months to look the way it should in spring.”

“Stopped by to check out LA Fitness. It is so hot on the basketball court it is almost impossible to be inside. Turn on the AC!!! Moreover, there was dirt on the floor. This would be such a nice facility if maintained properly.”

“Have played here weekly over the last 18 months. Course conditions are improving, but a way to go to be considered good. Summer fairways are hard and bad bounces are routine, fairways are cut too short for the small amount of watering they get. Traps have decent sand, pace is usually good, room for mistakes and a few really tough holes (for me)x All 3 of the 9’s have some nice holes. At same price, Moody golf in Galveston is the conditions needed for the price at Timber”
