“My first time to drive up to the mountain and take snowboarding class. Their website was pretty straightforward but still forsomebody who has never done any kind of winter sports let alone drive all by yourself on a snowy day, thats pretty nerve-rocking. I called the guess services because i was just very clueless but the staff immediately took care of me. The guess services were very nice, staff at the rentals, instructors, operators, food, music, they’re all amazing and wonderful. We definitely felt safe and well taken care of. The lodges were clean and comfy. The views were spectacular no matter what season. It definitely felt home. So now, this is our home every summer (mountain biking) and winter. Second season of snowboarding and skiing, here we come 😍🥰❤️”

“DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT PASS GO. DO NOT COLLECT $200. This place is an accident waiting to happen!¹ The management of this place is obviously negligent. The facility is filthy, as many other people have pointed out. From the floors, to the walls, to the carpeting, and the bathrooms... There wasn't a single square foot of this park that has been cleaned for at least a month. Staffing is as thin as liability insurance will allow it. At no point did we see any staff walking around ensuring people were following the "rules". If they were, they weren't wearing any uniform to easily identify them as employees. The "46 inch rule" is not enforced at all, and we saw 18 month old children jumping with very large teenagers. Don't come here expecting staff to know the rules of their own facility. The structures themselves are poorly maintained, with lots of rips in the netting, zip ties to hold fencing together, and not enough crash pads around to properly cover the floor. There are tons of holes cut into the platforms, maybe for the bounce houses to have their fans in? It's unclear. I also noticed that the climbing structure is enticing for larger children to climb on top of. There are no safe guards to ensure children cannot climb to the very top. If you wanted to, you could just walk into the park and just start jumping. There's nobody standing at the filthy, dust covered desk in the back. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND ONLY TIME HERE. 0/10 🤢”

“I absolutely loved this place, what I liked most is while your kids are jumping and you don't want to play with them, you don't have to! They have massage chairs you can relax in! Also, they have an arcade with lots of games to choose from. This place has a lot of hard working employees and has a good vibe all around. Very safe for children and adults. Would be a great place for a party. Last thing I loved is there is a kids section, so you don't have to worry about the kids getting jumped on by adults they can be safe in their own little section! Five stars will be going back when I'm in town again!”

“My son and I went in for new boots. Micah and TJ were awesome in putting us in the right boots. For years my feet have been sore after a day of skiing. I’d even been fitted at some big sport retailers and bought expensive Salomon touring boots. Sports Creel really evaluated and sized my feet, even taking some 3D images. This helped identify the right boots for us and spent a lot of time making sure the fit was perfect. Such a great experience!”

“I’ve been apartment hunting for too long and from the minute I stepped foot into the office at Pine Valley Ranch I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces and helpful people. The property manager Amber (I think was her name) even brought me a coffee while I was chatting with Rachel, who does that! 😻 they answered all of my inane amount of questions and were so patient with me. I unfortunately didn’t income qualify for an apartment right now but I will certainly keep them in mind for future, their phase 2 apartments are insanely beautiful! They really set the bar high.”

“I will start by saying, I love the YMCA! I took babysitter safety courses through them as a kid, did Camp Reed, and had my birthday party there shortly after it was built in 2000. Now, as an adult, we are members who frequent the gym and child watch, the open family swim, and the rock climbing wall. All of those experiences have been GREAT. AND! Their swim lessons are atrocious. My then 2 and 4 yr kids did lessons a year ago, and are now in classes as 3 and 5 year olds. The classes are mostly run by teenagers. I have no problem with that. That is a great job for a teenager. And also - the Y MUST train their employees to be better teachers. I have watched for many weeks as there is a different teacher every single week for an 8 week session. (This scares my kids when it's a stranger every time!) Teenagers who ask the PARENTS, "What should I do with them...?" Wasting 35 minutes out of a 40 minute class just talking to the kids and swimming around themselves. Starting class 12 minutes late to a 30 minute class. Unacceptable. Most of the classes for levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 have largely looked the same (with a couple of exceptions of exceptional lessons from substitute teachers). That is not encouraging! A swim lesson for "water acclimation Level 1" for a 2 year old should look nothing like "stroke introduction Level 4" for a 5 year old. As a teacher myself, I am BEGGING the YMCA to please train their teachers and raise the bar. As a parent to three little swimmers, I am BEGGING the YMCA to improve the quality of their swim lessons for the safety of my children and the wasted money leaving my wallet.”
