“This place is one of the best roller skating joints around. They have the walkers in different sizes for kids and adults. I bought in a big group for my daughters birthday as I did not plan ahead and couldn't rent a room in time. However they were very accommodating and even reserved some tables for us after acknowledgement of our unexpected big group. It was a Sunday so not very busy. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It does get busy on Saturday nights and special days like half off or events. The way the skate floor is set up is very helpful for beginners as they have a sit down area on both sides of the oval shaped skating area. My daughter and I always have a good time when we go, no complains except maybe if you're renting blades or skates there have been times when they don't tighten as well and even come loose. They are great at getting new ones for you.”

“It was my first experience picking apples 🍎 and I wasn’t expecting to get yelled at. This place is HUGE and apparently we were walking the wrong way after we purchased our pricey bags to pick some apples. The lady was screaming at us which we immediately turned around. It wasn’t like we were ignoring her, we were having trouble finding the rest of our group as soon as we arrived at this establishment. The maze was fun and free where you can cross a bridge and see the whole corn field. There are other events that you can participate with the kids that you need to pay extra. The gift shop was cool and it was nice to see how they make their donuts behind the window. They served warm apple cider and hot food…long lines super busy but food was served fairly quickly. Over the experience was okay minus getting yelled at. 🫤”

“KIDS FAVORITE INDOOR PLAY-PLACE! My son had fun bouncing, jumping, sliding and playing around. It’s a cool indoor play place with many fun things to offer. We have been twice and every time our experience was memorable. The place if clean with a food area, birthday party rooms and rest rooms. I really hope they open another play place closer to Gurnee. COME AND EXPERIENCE THE FUN 😊”

“I am a black card member and this is my favorite location by a landslide. The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming here. Even though they have contactless check in, I am greeted with a smile every single time. The entire facility is spotless and the machines are much more updated than others. Using the spa services is always a seamless experience. My only complaint is that people tend to sit on their phone and not follow the rules of the 30 workout minute room. I wish people would be more courteous of others.”

“Such a beautiful relaxing are. Very well kept, very clean & areas for hikers of all types. Birds & wildlife of all types for your viewing pleasure! Relics of times gone bye, don't know their history but it allows the mind to wander . Picnic areas abound & many areas with benches for resting. Beautiful tranquil water areas. As always watch where you walk, some areas are softer than others! You will not be disappointed....a weekend hike must !!”

“Have played this course many times but this time the guy running the tournament on 8/16 was beyond rude. We had a tee time at 6 o’clock and when we paid, were told to just mind the tournament but they should be gone by now. As soon as i walk out of the cart to tee off, i get yelled at by someone saying “Absolutely not. Nope you’re not teeing off.” To which I asked “why are you yelling at me?” He told me if I didn’t like it I could go get a refund because he works here. He then told me to go play 15 very condescendingly and messed up our whole round. Overall insanely unacceptable to speak to another grown man that way as a staff member. Very upset and wish I could get my money back. This guy made us never want to come back.”

“I went to check out the gym and was given a tour. It was way too crowded and I told the guy I wasn't interested in paying that much money to wait around. I just wanted to get my workout done and go home. His hail Mary was to lead me into the dark yoga studio and basically corner me and force me to say yes to the membership.”
