“We had terrible service cashing in on tickets today approximately 5pm. So only one ticket machine was working so there was a whole line of people waiting to cash in their tickets, no problem really. But then people start getting their tickets cashed in and getting their receipts, and were waiting to get their prizes, and being ignored. Eventually an employee comes up and says that they will not helping with cashing in tickets/getting prizes as they are cleaning, and asked everyone to move so they can vacuum there. My son said he dropped his receipt that had over 200 tickets and the guy vacuumed it up. I just could not believe the absolute refusal of service, especially after the amount of money that was put into their machines. Completely ridiculous.”
