“I found this gym through my coach when I started my powerlifting journey around a year ago now. Let me tell you, Simply one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is an amazing quality both calibrated and bumper plates by the dozen. The other gym goers feel like a tight knit community. And the variety of coaches there is really re-assuring. George never misses even the finest details and is the most welcoming person I’ve ever met. Definitely the gym to sign up to if you’re serious about bettering yourself!”

“Feels like a real blessing to have Danya Kanafani as my personal trainer for about half a year now. She is experienced, friendly and motivating. Every session is full of targeted and effective exercises, quality banter, and very helpful suggestions including nutrition tips; attending the sessions always feel like catching up with a friend than being trained. I used to join gym classes and although those also showed results, I am surprised how much more effective and less effort it is to have Danya helping me along the way. The gym itself including the toilet is also very tidy and clean, lockers and showers are available. The lighting there is quite flattering so photos look awesome in most angles (plus Danya is happy to take photos/videos for you). Highly recommend this gym and Danya for anyone looking to get healthier or achieve their goals in fitness.”

“A great range of indoor and outdoor pools and facilities at this Aquatic Centre, plus a splash park for littler kids. Cafe has hot chips, ice creams, slushies, soft drinks and a coffee machine. We came on a 40°C morning expecting it to be packed but it wasn’t too busy. There is plenty of shade from covered seating and a long covered grandstand too which is great.”
