Dogpatch Boulders
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

2573 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States

“This place is just perfect! They maintain the holds really well and the facility itself is very clean. In addition, they frequently reset the walls to replace old climbs with new ones. They have a nice workout area as well for all your lifting needs!”

Tank Hill

( 8 reviews )
Closed until 05:00 AM

Twin Peaks Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

“Hard to beat in terms of panoramic view of the city that isn't overly crowded like some other SF city hills. Only downside is that the wooden stairs leading up from Twin Peaks Blvd. are a bit rickety and some steps are rotting to the point where you need to be very careful, especially on the way down. Stairs on the north side leading to Belgrave Ave. are in much better shape. On a sunny day the view is pretty amazing, especially of the Golden Gate bridge, Marin headlands, downtown SF skyline, and the SF Bay and Port of Oakland.”

Presidio Tunnel Tops

( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

210 Lincoln Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94129, United States

“October 2023 5* Wanted to see Golden Gate Bridge and my friend recommend to go to Tunnel Tops is you don’t to go too close. You can have amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge and SF skyline. The park is nice and well maintained. It is constructed over the highway so can be little noisy. It is wheelchair friendly as the path are fully paved. If you are in hurry and want to see the bridge, visit this place.”

Blue Heron Lake Boathouse
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:00 PM

50 Stow Lake Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118, United States

“A gem in the middle of Golden Gate Park! We had no problem renting a paddle boat for the three of us and an hour rental was enough to get around the lake and have fun! It’s reasonably priced for the family. Parking is free if you can find a spot along the road. The boat house also has food options and a place to dine or eat lunch you bring. You can also sit along the lake in benches or on grass. Many things to see from birds, turtles, waterfall, pagoda, bridge, etc. it’s fun for any age! Even more fun when you are the parent and your kids do all the paddling! Try it out!”

Mission Dolores - Helen Diller Playground
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

“This park is truly a gem, offering stunning city vistas that can be enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. The towering slide is particularly popular, and my daughter eagerly looks forward to our visits here. It's not just a children's paradise; adults can also find their own slice of tranquility. There are ample tables, making it ideal for picnics or just bringing along your lunch. The expansive grassy areas are perfect for laying out a blanket and lounging under the sky. However, it's worth noting that it can get quite bustling, especially during weekends, so a bit of planning might be in order. We've even hosted memorable birthday parties for our kids in this beautiful setting, and it always ensures a delightful time for everyone.”

Stagecoach Greens

1379 4th St, San Francisco, CA 94158, United States

“Had so much fun the last time I was here! Love the theme and it was a good balance of challenging and fun. Also love that we could take our clubs out to the food trucks next door for a mid-course meal. Highly recommend!”

Movement San Francisco

( 10 reviews )
Open until 11:00 PM

924 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94129, United States

“I love this place so much! I took up climbing a year and a half ago and I climb twice a week. I love the community, the classes, and all of the routes. It’s my happy place. Highly recommend if you want to try climbing in SF. They also just added an upstairs lounge, which is really comfy to hang out in.”

Tpc Harding Park
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

99 Harding Rd, San Francisco, CA 94132, United States

“An impressive golf course in my city that is worthy of a site for a PGA tournament. The setting is fantastic with a great view of Lake Merced all around. The practice fields are always filled with golfers perfecting their swing on any given weekend even one that steady rain has just fallen. There is lots of free parking too. The Cypress Grill overlooking the 18th tee is a good food option following a round of golf.”

Golden Gate Bridge Bike Rentals
4.5
( 16 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

2157 Lombard St, San Francisco, CA 94123, United States

“My wife and I rented electric bikes for a day and had a great time. Bikes worked pretty well, though they definitely struggled hauling me up some of the steeper hills (which is as much my fault as the bikes). Would highly recommend, it was great for biking across the golden gate and around the Presidio.”

China Beach, San Francisco
4.6
( 8 reviews )

San Francisco, CA, United States

“Beautiful little cove. A bit more wind protected than chrissy field. Currently undergoing some rebuilding so parking is a little tight. But if you want an intimate picnic cove this is the place. Fun fact it’s in front of the Swiss embassy. The only downside is the bathroom situation is subpar with some pretty old and rarely cleaned port a potties. Also one of the few beaches I feel comfortable swimming in. Bring blankets and sweatshirts for the evening time.”
