“Tends to be crowded. A ton of visitors but not many options (disc golf highly popular, boat ramp and one swim access point). Small area available for swim access always taken upon arrival. Good place for disc golf or taking dogs. Not for fishing or swimming. Go across to lowell side and there's 10x the space with a paved swim area similar to orchard point, parking, bathrooms etc. Photos taken at swim access point.”

“Nice campground. We only stayed a night, but the spots were paved, and we had a nice large pull thru which was great for our 44" toy hauler 5th wheel,y Ram 3500 Dually and my husband's Chrysler 300... They all fit no problem. The site was easy to pull into. I'd stay there again.”

“Beautiful park on the shore of Dorena lake. Lots of picnic tables scattered around and under trees. There is a boat ramp and because there's also a camp ground, real bathrooms and not just outhouses. There is also a playground. Overall a wonderful day!”

“12-31-2023 From Sunriver on S Century drive head east on Lava cast forest rd 9720. Its gravel all the way to Forest rd 950. There is a sign at intersection of 9720 & 950. R on 950 for short drive on dirt rd. Both roads were car friendly today. Google map will send you off on rd 440. Dont take it. Go till rd 950. Really cool today with some snow on the ground and clouds blowing right onto the trail. Watched small clouds roll in across the lava and envelope us as they passed. Good interpretive signs explaining geology and plants. Trail direction suggests clockwise. We agree for view of mountains toward end of trial and last half of trail is single wide.”

“Decently managed location... I've been to a few around the country. Clean, slightly worn out machines and massage beds. Friendly staff. Some clientele forgo showering, or basic hygiene practice, which can be uncomfortable. Not sure how the staff handles that... UPDATE: I've been coming here for 2 months now. Not much has changed. The machines are consistently broken (2 of the 4 steppers are always broken. The same one has been broken for weeks). The padded covers are worn/torn on A LOT of the equipment, making wiping them down useless, and very unsanitary and gross (the sweat just soaks into the padding). I have a free trial at a gym down the street, and am looking forward to a hopefully fully functional, clean gym. Sorry PF, the lack of motivation to keep your gym desirable, when your members are paying between and 10 and 30 bucks a month, is sad.”

“Easily accessible by Willamette Highway 58, it is a very nice serene recreational area. There is at least one boat launch in the area, and close to the town of Lowell with food and facilities.”

“Nice executive course with short par 4’s and 3’s tucked away with homes to either side on most holes. Greens and fairways seemed well maintained and watered. Water Hazards , trees, and bunkers were strategically placed adding to my enjoyment of this hidden gem. I called ahead to make a tee time and was told no need, “It’s first come first serve.” I teed off minutes after I paid. $15.00 for 9 or $20 for 18.”

“CEVA volleyball tournament location... V E R Y loud ( bring ear plugs ) and close to no seating ( BYO CAMP CHAIR and a towel to go under the feet ). Good lighting, good court surface, good facility, clean, with good bathrooms, typically $6 cover charge ( cash or card), food and drink prohibited but loosely enforced in the courts area. Parking fills quickly. PRETTY GOOD FILIPINO RESTAURANT on the perimeter of the property!”
