“Really pretty and nice beach! For a small fee of $8, for out of state residents, you can enjoy the beach. There were nice restrooms, and there were even free beach chairs and umbrellas provided by LL bean! We will definitely be returning.”

“I did not attend the beach but did go to the area to the northwest with the boat launch and Rocky area. The boat launch looks to be in very good condition and an easy place to launch a boat. Minimal parking right close but there is a trailer parking place close. The dock looks to be fairly large once you do launch your boat you should be good. 1 hour parking for cars right beside it also.”

“Super cool island. Very ritzy beach houses and the Battery is creepy and cool. Definitely recommend a visit. Island has good food and the locals tolerate the tourism well. There are places to rent golf carts for a few hours as well. Ferry ride from Portland is only 15min.”

“Great camp grounds for tent and RV. Family owned and very clean and well taken care of. Kayak and paddle board rentals available. I found them through their Reggae festival where I camped for a weekend and enjoyed music and vendors. You can also go clamming when the tide goes out but you have to have a license. People get loads of em in peak season. Visitors must be checked in so it feels safe at night”

“Sooooo gorgeous. Beautiful trail! Walk the whole thing if you can. There's a great beach spot I think it's after the pet cemetery, can't miss it either way. Not much parking so you usually have to wait a few minutes for someone to leave to get a spot.”

“If I were a local I would join this club! It was my first time out on this course. The pro hooked me up with a 3 some coming off the front 9. They welcomed me to play along with them on the back. Everyone was fantastic. The course is super well maintained and the greens are excellent. If you are in the area and you have your clubs, play a loop at this course, you won’t regret it.”

“Went there with a friend for driving range. They have little cooler at the site to keep drinks cold. Then we went in to the little bar/restaurant for lunch, simple place, not much to say. But food was actually quite good, love the fried mushroom and onion rings. Big potion and tasty, yum yum. Plan to go for breakfast sometime then driving range again to work off the food.”

“Always a great place to shoot and we never encountered the range too crowded. It's been a couple of years since we have been able to stop in due to our relocation to the Virgin Islands. Don was always our "go to" when we visited. He was a great guy and unsure if he's still working there.”
