“Well, I've been to Dundee loads and how I've missed this I don't know! But I'll 110% be going back, very nice atmosphere and decor, staff were very efficient and the food was some of the best food I've eaten in aaaages!!!! Mega well done Chef, presentation was super, food was delicious! I'd recommend the Spicy Mac n Cheese, sweet potato fries were really good too, it was all good!!”

“An incredible meal! The food was delicious and made to perfection. If you don't have a lot of experience with Nigerian food their menu gives great detail, including a QR code you can scan to see pictures and read further about the dishes. When making our reservation, we mentioned that my partner had an allergy to nuts and they brought out a whole index showing which items contained different allergens. That was amazing.”

“Popped into this Jamaican Patty store because I couldn’t resist when walking by. Ordered the spicy been and jerk chicken patty. The crust was so flaky and the filling hit the spot. Perfect amount of spice and flavor and plus it had a lot of filling which I loved. The two ladies were so kind and friendly. It’s a small place to just hop in and get take away.”

“Absolutely brilliant! We came here after being told how good it is. I had a vegetarian curry which was wonderful. I asked for it to not be spicy and they catered for my request. Both meals were very filling :) there seemed to be some confusion over our reservation, there was a Christmas party on when we arrived and my partner had booked the day before and been very clear about the day/time he was booking. However we got a table in the back room and they put the heater on for us, so it was all fine!”

“Absolutely loved and enjoyed our lunch. Everything was immaculate. The fowl was so good!! I do not think I’ve ever had any sort of bird that will come close. A tiny bit spicy for my wife but absolutely the right amount for me. Everyone was so lovely and the personally signed card they gave me for my birthday was the proverbial icing on the cake.”

“My 1st experience at a Nigerian restaurant.....what a surprise!! Very nice food, well made and adequately priced, with generous portions. Ordered ahead so our meals were more or less ready as expected. Service all done with a friendly smile, with no rush for us to leave. Being as English as I am, I chose a mildly spiced dish which was very, very tasty indeed. I'd only say, if the menu could be clarified a bit, it'd be a good help in ordering. Other than that, highly recommended.”

“I made a visit to the try the food at the Barking Road branch with a friend of mine. I had the Okro-Ogbono soup with beef and pounded yam. The other options were assorted meats (including shaki/tripe) and fish however, the beef option was plenty enough for me. The food is warm, flavourful and has a perfect amount of spice. It was perfect for my taste palette as I enjoy spicy food. The staff explained the meat and fish options to me clearly and were friendly to us. I recommend you to have a try if you're ever near Canning Town in East London! PS. We had a conversation with a lady whilst waiting for our meal and she clarified to me that Nigerian people eat there regularly so thats how you know its lit.”
